I have many questions in my mind about who we are, why are we on Earth, how did it all start, how is it possible that there are so many species, so many colors, so many animals, so many of everything. Also, everything around is so alive, ever-changing. Nothing seems to be still.
Since childhood, I was told humans are the most superior race. The only race in fact who can think and create. What do we create? We create chaos, comparison, division. We keep accumulating all our lives. Animals don’t accumulate, they eat when hungry. they live in harmony with nature, who is smarter then, I wonder.
No, I think humans are not superior. They just have the ability to compare and dissect and express. Birds know to make a nest, they know how to care for their offsprings, how to find food, I am sure they even know how to talk, communicate. We don’t understand them so we think we know better.
I wish our kids are taught to meditate in schools. Taught to live in harmony with nature, in fact, respect nature. That might make a difference in our ways of thinking and make this beautiful Earth more beautiful.
