| Care and Handling | We do not coat these with any kind of sealant or lacquer, so they will take on a dark patina over time if left unpolished. Polish as you would silver with a simple jeweler's polishing cloth or jewelry safe polishing compound. |
| Returns and Exchanges | We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if the product is not up to your standards. But please keep in mind that we're operating a small handmade business and products will inevitably vary. Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return items back within 30 days of delivery. Exemptions: Because of the nature of customized and personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for them. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. |
